All sales are final. Because each Hoosier LatheWorks shaving brush is individually handcrafted and made to order or is a one-of-a-kind piece, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Please review all photos, descriptions, knot options, and other product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a brush before placing your order, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
